Ellie gave me the phone # and email address of one of her single friends. I've never been setup on a blind date before from a coworker. But it's got to be a hell of a lot better than the dating service. I swear every woman I met on that damn thing was either too old, not my type, trying to get me to join Amway or just plain socially inept.

Last girl I dated:

The last girl I dated from Soulmates started out great (as they all do), but as I got to know her, a number of things freaked me out.

Hated her parents... but her parent bought her a house. 31 years old and still relied on their financial support.

She had no friends, other than me at the time. Her outlook on life was so shitty that she pushed everyone away or pissed everyone off so much that they couldn't stand being with her.

She thought the world was out to get her. Didn't refer to herself as an American, although she was born here and lived here all her life. Which I found quite odd; and a bit troubling.

She would rather sleep on the floor than on a bed. (WTF?)

She had been unemployed for close to a year, but came to find out why.... (hint: it had to do with a criminal record). Once she did get a job, she lasted a week before she got fired...

After the firing, I knew I had to bail. This relationship was going to be very bad for me (to say the least).
